Mattei Energy Recovery Box (ERB)

The Energy Recovery Box (ERB) is a stand-alone heat - and more generally energy - recovery system that can be installed on existing compressors of any brand in just a few minutes. The Mattei ERB can recover up to 80% of the thermal energy generated during operation which can be reused for other processes.

One of the mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of the compressed air system and consequently reduce consumption is to recover the heat produced by the compression of air. This is not only an economic issue but also an ecological necessity.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU SAVE BY RECOVERING HEAT?
The possibility to use the energy recovered as hot water during an entire year depends on the use you make of it. Up to 80% of the recovered heat can be used in your industrial building to produce hot sanitary water or for space heating.

It is even possible to recover up to 100% of the thermal energy if there is an industrial process that requires heat.
